Pre-School at Walberton Village Hall
Walberton Pre-School is based in Walberton Village Hall. It is owned and managed by Helen Baxter and Mandy Foulds, who both live in Walberton. We have run pre-school together for nearly 20 years and have seen over 600 children come and go… we are privileged to have worked with a fantastic range of families.
We pride ourselves on providing a wonderful pre-school experience for our children. They will be warmly welcomed, do a lot of playing, and not realise how much they have learnt by the time they leave us to go to join Reception Class at their chosen ‘big school’.
Our pre-school runs from the Village Hall where we are supported by a fantastic and enthusiastic staff team. We are open for morning sessions on Monday – Friday during school term times, from 9.15am until 12.15pm and follow on sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 12.15pm – 3.15pm.

WALBERTON PLAYERS
Walberton Players can trace their roots back to 1977, when it was decided that Walberton should stage a musical event to celebrate the Queen’s Silver Jubilee. Since then, the Society has presented regular musicals and plays, together with a generous sprinkling of concerts and other entertainments. We also have a junior section, Walberton Players’ Youth Theatre, whose members are children from Walberton and the local area. They have put on a number of highly successful and enjoyable shows.
Walberton Players is a very sociable group, meeting on a Thursday evening at Walberton Village Hall. We are very lucky to be able to use the stage and backstage rooms for all the productions.

The Wednesday Afternoon Club
We are a small informal friendly group who meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in the small hall. We start at 2.15pm And finish at about 4pm.
We enjoy socialising with friends & neighbours over tea & biscuits, we always have a raffle & our bring & buy table with excellent books and good as new items.
We occasionally have a guest speaker or presenter with a variety of interesting & entertaining subjects. We sometimes run quizzes and other activities.
New members and guests are always guaranteed a warm welcome.

Yogara
Hi there, I’m Kara, and I’m delighted to extend an invite to you to join my yoga class. My classes offer a welcoming and calming space where you can unwind, improve strength and flexibility and find deep relaxation.
Yoga is a practice that can work wonders for your body and mind, potentially transforming your everyday life. My classes are tailored to help you build strength and create space within your body while moving gracefully through sequences. My ultimate goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply relaxed.

The class is taught by Rebecca Sandell, who is currently covering maternity leave for Jessica Hill.
Rebecca is a Body Control trained Pilates Instructor, who will help you understand how the body should move and how to achieve the healthiest body for you.

Pilates classes are ideal to improve posture, flexibility and core body control. This mind body technique is also an excellent continuation on from physiotherapy treatment helping to maintain your physical and mental well-being.
