We require a 20% deposit of hire fee to secure any booking. The balance is payable a week before the event.

There is ample, free parking in front of the Village Hall, with space for about 30 vehicles and two designated disabled parking spaces. The car park is very safe and vehicles can be left overnight.

There is always lots of space throughout the week, including weekends. However, the car park does get busy during school drop off (8.30-9.00) and pick up times (15.00-15.30) during term time, so best to avoid during those times.


In the main hall there is a fully fitted stainless steel kitchen which includes high-speed dishwasher, self-filling tea urn, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

In the small hall there is small kitchen with kettle, microwave, fridge and sink.

The main hall can hold a maximum of 120 people. The small hall can hold a maximum of 50 people.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi in the main hall.

We have 25 large trestle tables that measure 6ft by 2ft and 5 smaller tables that are half the size. We have 200 chairs; both are included in the hire charge.

Yes, as long as you have obtained a Temporary Event Notice from Council 6 weeks before the event – click here for the Council page. You can also bring all your own drinks and run a free bar.

Yes, you can have a bouncy castle in the main hall as it is large enough. We do not accept any liability for bouncy castles.

We do NOT accept booking for teenage parties.

Yes, we do offer a cleaning service, the cost of this is £60. We still require you to wipe the tables and stack them away, put the chairs back and take away your rubbish and then we will do the rest.
